Hi guys, if anyone have the same experience please share. I am an EB3 and my priority date is current (7/2020) I got an interview in Dec, 2023. they told me I should have heard the update soon after the interview. After 2 weeks of the interview, I chatted with Emma and knew that they sent my application to my local Field which is Dallas. Until now, it has been over 2.5 months, I did not get any update. I can't e-request until Nov,2024. Anyone is experiencing the same???

I had interview in July 2023 and nothing heard so far. I raised congressman request but no use.

@Kv P Which office did you give your interview? isn’t your local field office ?

@Alex brown i was based at Seattle, WA. but when I moved to Dallas for the EB3, I did not update my address until the interviewer changed my address. thats why my case got sent to Dallas after the interview.

same. i got updated in October for an interview. after that, i got the mail for interview date. i went to the interview and have not heard anything from that day.

@Kv P forgot to mention that I was issued medicals RFE in sep 2023, and responded in Oct 2023.

@ivy ivy I got update for interview coming up in Oct 13th. Then no update but mail was sent end for interview date was Dec 7th. no update after interview.
