Hi guys, do someone know if you can do e-request for i485 outside normal processing time? my case already 4 months more than USCIS website sailing. For my field office it is 18.5 months

The site says 80 percent of cases are completed in 18.5 months. Perhaps you are not in the 80 percent category. Good luck

same explanation as above i got when I called USCIS.. so, basically, whatever you see under processing time does not really matter…
I’m in the same boat, and can’t even make e-request as it says I can contact them only on October this year (my PD is sept 2021 and the processing time says 17.5 months)
I’d suggest contacting your congressman or Senator

it is funny, they make possible to do for a form i130 but not for i485
