hi guys
So I was recently issued an emergency advance parole but is it normal for not even on the ordinal one that they don’t updated the biometrics? I applied for advance parole over a year now and nothing and they only granted me 3 months!

Emergency parole is usually 1 month and granted on the spot. The timeline for AP applied an year ago will reset after emergency AP approval.

Don't travel if it's not really necessary. if you have a lawyer ask him for advice.
if you travel and your green card is denied, you can no longer return easily.

I got 3 months on my emergency travel document. I will be traveling that is why I requested it. I am going home to bury my dad.

@ryan g went pretty smooth. everything was straight forward and I was only asked one question then my lawyer and I provided all the necessary documents to support it then the officer collected them.. run her investigation then granted it to me without further questions.

@ryan g is your lawyer accompanying you there? make sure you have all supporting documents and make sure you print and carry you 1-360 and I-485 form with you. whatever you are expediting also take a copy of the current form. Really nothing to be stress about. only question they asked me was why I wanted to expedite and what was going on. My lawyer explained and I didn’t have to say a word
