Yes, once vawa is approved they issue C31 valid for 2 years. In my case, I submitted I765 category c31 with my i360 application. When my vawa was approved, they also approve the 765 so they sent me two c31 cards. one with my vawa application number, the other with my i765 number.

@shams T for you to get a work permit with your i-360 you have to have checked Yes in Part 10 Question 12. if you checked No then you don’t get a work permit and have to file i-765 separately
