@M T I don’t think there’s anything like I360 renewal. The expectation is that once your I360 is approved, you apply for adjustment of status. I don’t want to believe you’ve not yet filed for I485 since you got your I360 approved. If you’ve not done so, next thing is to file for I485 and EAD(C09). Incase your I485 is pending, go ahead and apply for EAD(C09).

@M T seems you’re not sure what you are asking. Here is the thing with vawa, you either file vawa alone if your spouse is a GC holder and wait until it’s approved to get an EAD C31 or you file vawa concurrently with I485 if your spouse is a US citizen, that is when you can get EAD c09 while your vawa is pending. So there’s nothing like renewing vawa EAD. If you got EAD c31, it means your vawa has been approved and you are meant to file i485 so incase 485 is still pending while your EAD c31 expires, you can file EAD c09 because now you have a pending i485. Is your vawa approved? do you have a pending i485?
