Hi family
so after I received i130 notification as CASE DENIED” few hours later it changed to We are actively reviewing your Form 1-130, Petition for Alien
Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.” and my husband called them, they said we should be expecting a letter, it’s already 7 days no letter yet. please anyone that has encountered such issues should share with us or what do you guys think about this case????
