i just tried this morning, just go online and speak to emma write “live agent” and they’ll connect you can ask to and they’ll follow-up for evidence within a few days. Depending on your case and the officer assigned, you might get it expedited based on that.

mine did too but i did it anyways, worst case is they deny the expedite and u keep waiting
