@b l Which case got the denial? if it’s i485 you shouldn’t travel

@Jane doe I-131 and I-765 is based on I-485 form. if you get the denial for I-485 it means you don’t have an active adjustment of status application. When you come back there is a potential risk that the police officer ask this question, what would be a good answer ? @Jane doe

maybe his I-130 was denied based on marriage I’m not sure @Jane doe @b l

@Ivan b my case was denied it’s I-485 I filed my case was last April 18,2022 and because they requested more evidence but i didn’t notice . so I filed my new case again was August 16, 2023 and I just got my combo card last week .
