hey there, I do wish you the best with your I-485…I seen many approvals on Vawa green card…so we are getting closer.. I’m in a similar situation like you… I filed everything together Sept 23, 2020,my Vawa got approved July 18, 2023, they got my RFE / medical Sept 26 , 2023, and now I’m still on waiting time…. I seen many applications got approved soon after the medical , so hopefully you will be in luck and get your green card in 60 days or even sooner after they receive your medical! @Niki D thanks , they did not ask for my RFE medical, I just go head and did that in case they ask me to send , 😔😔waiting isn’t easy at all , especially in immigration case , I don’t know what’s wrong, how I am not getting any updates since vawa got approved,already wait 38 months for VAWA approval.

did you try to talk with live agent?…they may able to give you some information if your case transferred or they are about to sending you an rfe…!? I called them and the lady said my case is now in field office and they don’t need anything from me now…. I wasn’t get update online about the transfer to my field office, I just know from her…

@Niki D : yes I did , mine is on field office too, On July3,2024 Officer of field office added my expired vaccination form to my application, july 24.2024 luke you my fingerprint was added to my application. The agent said , she could not see any request or anything else on my application, I need to wait . I am wandering, maybe I stuck because of any FBI check, other hand when they updated my fingerprint recently, it means background check has been done.

@haada haada @ I knew one clinic around my house who is signed for uscis. I do remember, somewhere in uscis website, you could find anyone by putting your home posscode , you can find them . I paid 340 for visit, rest were related to tests and vaccines.

@Niki D : I don’t think so they will accept it, there is one possibility, maybe they want i comes to interview than ask for it. one of their agent said , go ahead and do it and keep it for whenever they ask for it . you know what, I want to finsh dealing with uscis , i am tired of this sice 2019 .

Hope Hope: yes, I fully understand your frustration, I totally agree with you and feel the same way…. I just want to get over it… 4-5-6 years waiting is a long long time for the Vawa applicants. I’m really hoping for us to get it done in the next few months! The medical in your hand definitely a good thing, you can save time with that for sure! I didn’t get under Vawa, I Got under the pending I-485…. filed together I-360 with I-485 and I got the C9 first for 1year then I renewed and got for 2year … but I have to share with you guys a good news! I just got an update on my GC case, I got approved! I am just speechless…but super happy 😃 I can’t believe but I got greened!

@Niki D congratulations,I am so happy for you.i submitted full package I-360,I-485,I131,and I765 I received EAD 2 years,and i renewed last year they did not send you year but I got approved on my I-360 and they send me one year C31
