Hey, I submitted the file to my sister and her family. It has been in the Visa Center for four years. They did not allow me to pay the money. Anyone know the reason or how to settle?
so it’s been 4 years and we didn’t even send the documents any one know to help me out

check the visa bulletin and compare your PD with Final Action date of the category you have applied for. if your PD is older than Final Action date then you can contact NVC or your local congressman to expedite the case. If your PD isn’t older than Final Action date then you have to wait you can’t do anything about it.

@“” “” you can check this in lawfully app and also on USCIS website or on DOS website NVC Visa bulletin. lastly you can google “NVC visa bulletin” latest visab bulletin will come and you can check which Final Action date they are working on. after that compare with your with PD to get an idea how long they will take to process the visa for her. usually it’s more than 10 years for siblings and category is F4 for siblings visa.
