Your post is confusing, how can you apply for immigration, citizenship and now you asking how long to get a work permits and a greencard ? if you just married a US citizen then you need to file a i130 and i485 to apply for a GreenCard

You need to apply for adjustment of status and get the green card first, you just can’t get citizenship right away by marriage.

if you came here with a fiancé visa and got married here then maybe a couple or few months as long as your adjustment of status get approved. but if you got married in other country you should be an automatic greencard holder
