Hey guys, has anyone with IOE serial number for EAD application made since March 2021 got any updates in the new year? The wait is exhausting.

It took almost 12 months for a friend to get his and I am on my 7 month wait, so it looks like you will have to wait a bit more. Also, I think it depends on the office, according to Lawfully, Texas office is just now processing cases from Dec, 15th.

I think miximum wait for any work permits is 14 months then let's hope for good

any prosssing of case basically asylum maximum waiting time is 8.5 month but im just saying myself for any type of case you and I seeing maximum is 14 or 14.5
