@ Mitch NK, yes you will get approve for sure it takes more than a year though. but I don’t know what next now that I got approved. I am curious to know what is going to happen next. maybe my i485 will automatically move forward or I need to contacts Uscis to let them know about it.

@ Z M, Nope I filed i130, i485 concurrently. had my interview. my i130 was approved then later, later after my interview Uscis said I should filed i601, I started with both i130, i485.

from my understanding, your I-485 was pending while filing i-601.

@ Farheen Aslam, about divorce degree my ex wife sent over here which Uscis said is not from from appropriate quarter. and it took almost 746 days before it’s got approved

@ Farheen Aslam, that issue shouldn’t be come in at all because I had filed new divorce here in the state to nullified the one they are talking about. But that is okay I have fulfilled all what their wanted. They have approved i601 so they should move i485 forward is my concerns right now.

Hi everyone, I got this answer from a Facebook group chat for i601. I had my 485 interview dec 12 2019 also ask to file 601. File 601 January 2020 November 2020 card was produced. Nov 25 601 was approved. Like Daniel mentioned they may ask for a second interview or approved your 485 once your 601 is been approved.

@ Mitch NK, in my own case I had two different interviews already. … if they want another interview with me I am more than gland to attend. if they want evidence let them send it to me that is okay as well. I don’t know what evidence they will possibly ask for after massive evidence for the i601. however, whatever they need if it’s not from heaven and it based on my case that will be provided. my concern now is that how long will it take before they will reach decision.

@you me when you apply for 601 do you still have your work authorization to work

@ CJ yes… I have it at the time and when it’s about to expired I applied for renewal and it got approved. in fact, I have never run out of work permits since I started my process 2019 , to the Glory of God.

I just asked again about your case and people answered that you might have to wait 2 months or less yo be approved. that if you already had 2 interviews then just wait for your approval

good morning Guys, still on the matter of getting i485 moving forward. I chatted with live agent she made me to know that, my case is still at benefits center at Lee summit MO, I am not just comfortable with that even though I am powerless to effect anything about it. By now it’s should have been transferred to the field office for adjudication in my understanding how the whole things work. for my i485 seating down there in their desk is not really good at all. I don’t want that file to occupying any of their desk. I read somewhere else when a lawyer said the i601 approval letter need to be sent to field office because they may not aware of the approval that is ridiculous to me. how on earth would they not aware of such thing a thing since they same body handle it? but the thing again is that, the Uscis, is so complex to the point that you can’t read and read understand how it’s works. Even those live agent don’t have access to the full information about cases. Men!!! everyone day in this processing and waiting game is full of nervousness and anxiousinee .

@ you me where is your 601 approval letter from? Bc to me you can write the nbc a letter informing them of the approval and attached the approval letter and ask them to move your case forward by approving your i485 or also inform your file office where you had your interview write a letter to them too attached your approval of 601 and ask them to approve your I485

@ C J, the letter carried Benefits Center Lee’s Summit MO. yes! I wanted to write a letter to where the approval letter came from. But here is another thing to is confusing as per Uscis, way of working. if the approval letter came from benefits center Lee’s Summt MO, and my i485 is with them they should pretty much figure it out that the i601 was the reason the i601 is not approved. But now it was approved by the same office that should automatically move the i601 case forward without further delay. Again, I am thinking of writing a letter and copy both Lee’s Summit MO, and field office that I had my interview. …. @ C J, thanks that is what I am going to do. at least I have come this far with them . the reason for all of this moves is that, thousands of applications comes in every single day if I don’t make some moves they may just ignore my age case and pay attentions to new cases….

@ you me true a lot of cases come in every day so yes you need to inform field office Bc file office need to be aware of 601 approval and then inform the officer that handled the i485 case so he or she can put everything together both files and then approve your I 485 application

@ you me... was asked to file for misrepresentation that i am inadmissible. Just got approval 4 days ago n my i485 yet to be approved but hopefully in the month of November.
