@no need to file I864 or I864W. You can file just VAWA, then I—360 with your affidavit and supporting documents, or if your spouse was US Citizen you can file also for Green Card in the same time (I485, I765- work permit under category C09, I131- advance parole). please see the list here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/checklist-of-required-initial-evidence-for-form-i-485-for-informational-purposes-only

@Prince Super Anyway, please reconsider if you really want to file without lawyer. Based on who will be the President, I wouldn’t take a risk. if you don’t have money for lawyer, there is plenty charities. They have lawyers, and they will help you file for free.

@Prince Super There is no fee to pay for all VAWA Application including others such as I-131, I-765 and I-485. However, my advice for you is to get an Immigration Attorney . There are some attorneys that you can get free from Pro- Immigration $ Pro- VAWA Organizations
