Hello everyone. I hope you get approved soon.
Today, step 3 of the interview was updated as completed in my USCIS account. USCIS had already told me that I was on the list for an interview. I also called USCIS today and a representative told me that they still didn't have an interview date. I would like to know if this has happened to any of you because I am a little confused now.

a lot cases have gone both backwards and ahead. I think it’s a glitch but you never know with uscis.

the interview may not be necessary. I didn’t do fingerprints or interview but my step 3 was completed. they had my fingerprints years ago for another case. just pray to get approved without interview.

hello, my husband case did exactly the same. today we got the step 3 is completed but we never attended to an interview or got a date. since it says that if necessary I’m assuming it was waved. but hoping someone knows better than I do.

@TM🥰 MC mine did the same so I called USCIS and the agent I spoke to told me my interview was waived which I have heard more than 8 times already and that biometrics for my application has been completed and applied to the case so I shouldn’t worry about that. But that it was an internal update which she can not reveal to me right now but the only she can tell me is that everything is okay on their end.

@Lilian A Hello. But this was today? I was happy for you. I called but they only told me that my case was the same, waiting for an interview. Maybe the agent didn't want to give me more details.

same thing happened to me today. they told my interview was waived and my case was transferred to Newark office for decision.
note: my case was during the last 4 months at the NBC and it is only I-485 . hope it will not take long to hear from them. no interview when I filed for my I-130. no interview for I-485 . any approval from Newark office?

mine went back to biometrics , which I had done! uscis officer said that there had been no changes. I guess a glitch

@Lissett Jimenez yes it was. it was difficult to get them on the phone as a lot of people were calling because of the issue. The lady I spoke to was super nice, some of them are so inpatient.Thank you so much
