hi everyone, they just approved my I-130 but my I-486 is still pending. do you think is going to take long? and I overcame a noid for I-130 for bona fide marriage, do you think I have to attempt an interview?

my I-130 is approved since February 6th but I’m
stil waiting for the I-485

my 130 is approved since 15 days but I 485 is waiting for additional evidence. yours is same thing or different?

@Tommaso manca it is hard to predict how long it will take to get a decision on your pending I-485, even though your I-130 has been approved. An interview may be required to confirm the validity of your marriage and other aspects of your case.

@Mr Patel no, my I-485 is actively reviewed. they gave me a NOID already for I-130 where I sent all the things I share with my wife and fortunately they approved my case, now I have to wait for a I-485 decision
