On what ground they would expedite your case if you have travel documents? Writ Of Mandamus is what you may need because it seems your case is taking way too long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
