@hope gope there's high volume of inquiries to USCIS. You should call and senator and congressman to see if there are any updates. I belive it's just matter of time when they'll give you an update

@Mrkvica M. I reached them end of the each month, unfortunately both offices said no any update. I am pretty sure something is wrong with my application, also Feb17,2024 my last prima facie will expire and they didn’t send any new one , I am not worried about prima facie because I did use any public benefits. I am worried about delay , now days many people got their approval who was same date with me and after me . l lost my hope and now have deep depression and anxiety. 😬

@hope gope i have been waiting since 2018. don't worry. last year they also skipped my PF and then I got a new one, so don't worry about that. everything is OK with your case, it just takes time

If they need something from you, they will send you a letter. If they have made a decision, they will send you a letter to explain. but if you continue to disturb them in making a decision, without using the channels authorized on their sites, your file may be canceled, if your file has not yet received an assignment, just wait, and be patient. if everything you said and the proofs you sent are easy to verify, they will take assignment quickly, but if it takes long, surely they will do more verification and investigation... remember that they can't go ask your partner a question, so they make investigation if possible or send a letter for more evidence
