if my I-751 is denied can I reopen it again ?
And how can I use videos as evidence ?
I was denied of lack of evidence.

ass soon as they denied your case they automatically put you on removal procedures

yes I get denied twice for the same reason, "lack of evidence". I don’t know if I can reopen the last case so I can submit more evidence.

if your marriage ended on a good term. ask your wife to write a letter explaining the end of marriage . maybe that can help but definitely find a good lawyer. if you have Instagram check Mcbean law out or on YouTube. sending lots blessings 🙏🏽
