What is your priority date? My case and that of my son is similar to yours but mine remains on NBC.

@R ❤️A Sw Even though the cases are applied by the same family they are treated as two individual cases at USCIS. Eventually your son would have his approved. Congratulations on your approval and good luck for your son’s case.

The same thing happened to my son. Mom’s 10 yrs GC had approved without my son’s GC, despite he was a beneficiary of the mom. We waited 7 months and then called the USCIS customer service due to no progress and explained the situation. They immediately approved the case, produced the 10 yrs GC and send it in a few days. I think they forgot to process my son’s case.

@L S my case was approved 20 days ago, on the same day they approved my case, they sent an email to my son's case saying: WE HAVE TAKEN AN ACTION ON YOUR CASE, I'll wait a little longer, if nothing happens I'll call there ! Thank you for letting me know

If the USCIS sends auto-generated email message says so, then you may expect a decision on your son’s case (e.g. Case was approved)) in his online USCIS account in one or two days and then expect messages like; ‘New card is being produced’, ‘Card was mailed to me’ ‘Card was picked up by the USPS’ with a tracking number.

@L S this auto generated message was sent in may first to my sons case , so I’ll wait for 🙏🏻

You may see progress on your son’s case on his USCIS account, if he has any. Any USCIS notification will be mailed to you or your legal representative’s address and most USCIS notifications will be posted also on your son’s online USCIS account (but not necessarily always, I guess sometimes they forget to post it).
