HELP!
I was able to get in contact with a live agent finally today and I was told that I need to call the contact center with the petitioner present for them to give me case specific information. I’m super worried. anyone have this experience before?! please help!

I know for the 1-130 they only give info to the petitioner . 1-485 which is the beneficiary they will give updates on that ..

that’s normal for i130 don’t worry, and you are lucky if they give you any information, usually they don’t! @EANR 13

how did you reach lice agent over the phone? what did you tell to the automated voice to transfer you to the live agent?

@zack m I went on the Uscis website and on the top right corner a bubble will pop up where it says “Need help? Ask Emma” and when you click on that you’ll type in Live Agent and it’ll connect after answering some basic questions.
