this is a C09 and I’m still here without EAD and advance parole. I tried everything to contact them at Vermont center, nothing at all. what do you guys suggest ?

wow, this is crazyĺ@Cherif 1 wow this is crazy, mine took 490 days I have to reach out to my lawyer and he expedite it and the following week I got my card, get a lawyer to expedite it for you bro

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ check your receipt date and if it is outside then have your lawyer reach out because i believe that’s a long time

@Dez 21 what did you provide for expedite? my lawyer is slow as hell, I guess I need another one. this is crazy, I’m loosing my mind here

@Dez 21 I honestly don't know what my lawyer send, I just complained to him that I have not received my work permit and he was mad I didn't call him ontime, so he did and I got approved the following week

@JoJo JoJo my EAD itself is over 18 months, I tried to expedite myself because my lawyer is like I got my money I don’t care, wait wait . I think I need to write to Vermont center myself .

@Cherif 1 you can call Uscis and ask them to expedite without your lawyer. once you say that you need to expedite your EAD, you will be connected with the live agent. in addition to that, you can submit an inquiry because you are well outside of a processing time!

I’m at Vermont too I been waiting for about a year now for my I-485 and still nothing

@la la I went to his phone and call but I was not able to get in touch with the person who deal with uscis case and when I finally explained him my case over processing time, he said to bring a letter from an employer which doesn’t make sens at all. the deputy director doesn’t want to do his work.

@Cherif 1 every state is different. Most of those offices are hardly reachable by phone. Find the office Email and email them.state what the humanitarian reason is and say you wanna expedite it. Bare in mind that they may ask you for proof.
