Hello need your help please.
I was married and had applied for a change of status and Green card in August 2022.
I was still in the process of applying for a divorce. I haven't touched my l130 and l485 in my file and I sent my VAWA file to the beginning of March 2025 with a request to renew my EAD (expires in June).
What will happen now? Will they cancel my l130 and l485 applications for 2022? Will they renew my EAD? I haven't received anything yet.

It's a really horrible situation, in addition to the violence, you have to endure the process. Yes, I know that the Vawa is long, but do I have a choice? Only God knows! With my Vawa file, we sent my EAD renewal request.

before they deny your I130 they will schedule an interview you need to go to that appointment with an attorney and tell them that you filed VAWA and ask if they can hold the I485 otherwise they will deny your I 485 @naw nom
