I filled on May 30th, 2021; they said they are using my old biometric. my concern is that I keep receiving Receipt notice, telling me my case was received. I am on my 3rd one; what do you all think? Thank you

Indication of everything wrong with that service center called Potomac. On another platform I saw that the extension letter they sent an applicant has the word immigration spelled incorrectly

Something is fundamentally wrong with Potomac. i just saw somebody on another platform who filed on 3/26/2020, got approved on 11/10/2021 then his card and 24 months extension arrived on 11/19/2021 🤦🏽♂️
