Hello, I hope everyone is healthy during this long wait. A few days ago my lawyer let me know that an ombudsman was helping me since I applied for residency 5 years ago and I still haven't received
news.....now I would like to know if anyone Have any of you had experience with an ombudsman and how did it go?
