I keep calling USCIS but they keep referring me to the website. I don think you can talk to them on phone call

call them and say info pass. You should be able to speak to an agent. Ask if they received it. As long as you have proof it was delivered, you should be okay. My deadline is on Monday but I responded over a month ago with no update to say it was received . When I called the officer said it was received and to wait 60 days to hear back.
