Hello everyone, I'm here to give an update. My PD is Dec 6, 2021. DQ is Feb 22, 2023. Mumbai embassy. Today I got the IL for August 30 Interview! So it's coming to you too, guys! Don't lose hope.

congratulations 🎊, I am still waiting for i130 approval ,already 12.8 months completed still no response, just hold on this status " case is taking longer than expected " I don't know how long, spouse is US citizen, filed for Indian spouse.,filed on June 09 2022

@Any Day Now may I ask you , after how many days you got approved when it said " your case is taking longer than expected " ?

@Mparmar Parmar Thank you. It's normal tbh I myself waited for 414 days. I remember my case was told the same thing "longer than usual". But don't worry you should be receiving a response from USCIS soon.
@Joan Korkpan I think it'll. I know each embassy has different timeliness but in general they're working in Jan-Feb 2023 DQ now.
