@m shaik I already have a pending i485 since August 2019, before filing vawa in July 2021 and I was approved on 15th march 2023.

2019 getting approval now and 2020 approval by September or end of the year 🫡

@shay shay pending. i started this journey 2019. filed vawa 2021. approved 2022. my 485 was held since 2021. its feels good im almost done. but waiting kills haha

@shay shay @marvin the martian could you tell me how you transferred your old I485 to your vawa case? I will file Vawa soon while my I485 from marriage with a citizen is pending. Did you include a copy of notice and write a cover letter? Did you pay the fee for I485 again for transfering? Thank you so much, and congrats on your approval.

@skylar i used a lawyer, and I think my lawyer added the reciept from my pending i485
