Hello Big Family!
Finally GREENED! The time has arrived for me to hold that card! Thanks for your support as a family who understands our feelings.
I know many people are waiting for years for the decisions, and it is very difficult. But at the end of every dark night it is bright morning!
I waited for more than 2 years and decided to go with Writ of Mandamus. My case was approved within 1 month! 1o-year Green Card.

this is super inspiring! congratulations! i am in the process of finding a good lawyer for writ of mandamus. May I ask you which lawyer you worked with? (March 2023 filer) will be filing in January

congratulations, if I may ask how long did it take your lawyer to prepare the write of mandamus? do you have to sign any documents after your lawyer prepared it? I have paid my lawyer for 3 months and no update from him yet.

@God is God Miracle I did not sign any documents. I just shared all my inquiries and congressional inquiries as evidence to the court. and he prepared WoM in 2 days! it was very fast!

For people who cannot afford an attorney, do youtube search "mandamus pro se" you may get help from there, as many people did...
