por lo que e mirado estan aprobando en 3 años 2 meses. ya mero te toca. metiste ajuste tambien?

@Maria De La Garza yo también soy del 14 de abril 2022 e resivido 3 prima facies...y mi i 485 la cambiaron de oficina pero mi i 360 todabia no esta aprobada ...espero que este año sea en bueno para todos nosotros

@Yana Yana My lawyer contacted USCIS and they responded with 'we will give you an answer by March 10' but I feel relieved to know they are approving vawa cases with no Prima Facie! Thanks for the info!

@ 🙏❤️ SI Enserio? Espero ya me toque a mi! No meti ajuste porque al parecer tengo una barra permanente, mi abogado aconsejo que lo mas prudente seria primero ver si me la aprobaban para poder pedir ajuste. Gracias por tu información!

@Vi k I sent all of that info with the form, maybe that's why they haven't asked for anything else. I was waiting for Prima Facie letter but is not much I can do with it down here in Texas State.

@ 🙏❤️ SI estuve viviendo desde niña en EUA, pasé con visa pero al año se me venció. Nos quedamos y entré a la escuela. Cuando me gradué de high school me fui a México, tramité visa en México y me la negaron por estudios aquí y me dieron castigo de 5 o 10 años y a los 2 meses me crucé. No me pescó migración pero si tuve unos cuantos tickets de tránsito, algo que se podía probar que estuve aquí. No pude arreglar por DACA porque no estuve presente físicamente en el año que estipularon.

@M D y tu abogado te dice que si puedes calificar para el ajuste ? lo siento mucho que no pudiste calificar por Daca pero veras que te aprueban Vawa.

@ 🙏❤️ SI me dijo que si mi salida tuvo que ver con el abuso y le dije que si, entonces espero que USCIS lo considere. USCIS no me a pedido nada, tal vez es suficiente con la evidencia que mandé. Así será! Gracias por tu apoyo!

@M D y tu aplicaste paquete completo o solo vawa? te pregunto porque yo primero aplique a vawa. pero porque yo tengo orden de deportación desde 2002. me dijo que cuando me aprobaran tendria que abrir mi caso de deportacion antes de poder mandar el ajuste 😩.

@ 🙏❤️ SI no sabía que se tenía que abrir un caso de deportación para un ajuste, como para desestimarlo? No, me dijo que por el ajuste sería aparte después de la aprobación. Osea aparte de los 3 años que ya me aventé en vawa, esperarme más para el ajuste y pagarle al abogado por ese procedimiento también 😒

@M D si para desestimarlo y asi continuar con el ajuste. asi es , el ajuste es otro rollo aparte. 😔nimodo pero ya vamos mas para alla que para aca. y luego que cobran mucho pero creo vale la pena.

6 Prima facie 3 anos y dos meses y sigo esperando Dios ayudanos

@ 🙏❤️ SI si todo este proceso es costoso y tardado pero como dice, vale la pena todo el sacrificio!

@ana carbajal yo no llevo ninguna prima facie, solo biometricos. no se a movido nada mi caso y ya van 2 veces, aparte de la primera, que mandan mi caso, osea que migración ya debe tener 3 copias y aún así no me an dado respuesta de nada. Dijeron que para Marzo 10 iban a responder y aquí estamos esperando a que se les vea una perla.

@ayel el I haven't received it yet so I called USCIS and they said I need to wait 30 calendar days for a response from VSC :/ so here I am stuck with that

@ayel yael Yes! I finally obtained the RFE through my congresswoman because I never got it in the mail, so I sent the evidence but I only received my first PF which I'm so thankful, but how things are now, I don't think it really means anything. I hope it doesn't take another year like the PF says.

@M D oh god!! what was rfe about??? im planninv to contact my congress man to inquire about my case and expedite work permit,you think they can help?

@ayel yael just good moral and proof of residency. I don't know about expedite but if it's consider out of the 42.5 month range they can do something about it. I had 2 alien numbers so they made the change and then they sent me RFE, now PF and I have no clue on when my approval is gonna be given, just keep on waiting, what else can we do?

@ayel yael your very welcome :) and supposedly my lawyer did but I have seen a lot of comments where USCIS asks for the same evidence or information because years have passed since we submitted the case so I 'm guessing they are updating.

@ALss ryz yes! After 3 years my first PF, unbelievable, which I appreciate it much! But I was really hoping for the approval, I guess is never too late for PF right? Aaaand keep on waiting for the approval

@ALss ryz with this government I don't know how much longer to get approvals, good thing we almost at the range of 42 months
