When I applied for VAWA my only proof for him to be a USA resident was a copy of my income tax with his social security number on it. I could not submit any of the his green card or social security card copy. That was my only proof. I have not been approve yet but I been getting Primas Facies and no RFE so far.

please did you use his are her birthpaper?

I did not have his birth certificate. I think our marriage licence had his birthplace/parents info, copy of expired ID and taxes together for the SSN. I’m still pending decision but my RFE were for Good moral character and more proof of abuse.
