Hello Jek Las, yesterday on September 24th , 3 days after my case approved by USCIS, instead of receiving welcome letter from NVC, I received an update from USCIS saying : " We sent your case to the NVC as s of the 24th of September , the latest Update. So from your last experience, how soon will I receive Welcome Letter from NVC?

yes, that is it. You will only receive approval letter from USCIS. the welcome letter thu email from NVC with the invoice number and instructions. anyway it be 2 sets of emails from NVC

so then how long will it take NVC to send the welcome letter since my case was sent to them by USCIS on the 24th of September
