having trouble about delay
my field office for I 485 is Kansas which is national benefits center I was asked second RFE which I was asked to send federal plaza New York it’s been 24 days I sent but didn’t receive anything yet not even update about receiving the evidence I sent do you guys have same issue is this something I have to worry about

my friend who had sent RFE didn’t get notified about it until about a month and they notified him by sending out his GC.. so in this case they probably sent your case to the field office to decide on the GC

@mami aiden @seun fast track same here I send a waiver since a month ago they don’t send me anything I sent 2 copies to different offices nothing I’m getting crazy now cause the deadline on the letter advising I call they said to wait 60 days and the 60 days gonna pass the deadline they gave me in the letter 🤷♀️🤦♂️
