@Magic Magic you don't even need a psychological evaluation done at all if you can prove your case otherwise. My case wasn't physical abuse and I never submitted that. But to answer your question, if you saw someone who is a qualified psychologist, they should be able to submit it.

@Magic Magic i was going to psychologist and psychiatrist after the abuse and they wrote a letter

@Mrkvica M but the letter says for immigration or another thing ,or a normal letter that says who it may concern?

@Magic Magic i don't think it has to say "for immigration" because that doesn't change the fact that abused happened

@Mrkvica M. my psychiatrist out in her report that my depression and anxiety got worse because l have a conflict and divorce with my wife ,she doesn’t write nothing else .She didn’t put all the bad words that she has told me .My diagnosis is severe depression and anxiety.

@Magic Magic yes, my vawa was approved and I've already submitted medicals which they asked for
