Has this ever happened to anyone?
I received an RFE by mail, but the RFE was never updated in the system. After responding to the RFE, the system was updated. This was in in February 2024,
and to this day it still shows “case was reopened.”
I received a denied letter, but it was never updated in the system, and for two years my case has remained reopened.
What should I do?
