We use an attorney from a different state. My husband is at California, I am at Austria and the attorney at Florida. We hired him when we both were on vacation at Germany. 😄 All worked smooth and easy. Our communication is over Zoom, eMail, telephone and the attorneys online file sharing platform.

@Rik K-G that sounds great experience. I am thinking to hire an attorney from different state too because in my state incouldnt find one that i like and able to answer all my questions

@yeeun jang I don't know if you need an attorney for something very specific. But we work with Solomon Immigration Law at Boca Raton, FL. I think not only the prices are good, but also the first talk before we signed the contract gave us a good feeling and all our questions always got answered quickly. It is also possible for us to just shedule a Zoom meeting or phonecall whenever we feel we need it and our eMails never get ignored. I recommend that one. :)
