Has anyone seen this notification and what does it mean?

most likely a NOID ( Notice of intend to deny) follow the instructions in the notice and upload whatever documents they’re asking for

@Jesus is King @Jodi . 3 weeks ago I received that same message but no information appears in my USCIS account yet so I contacted someone and they told me that nothing appeared in their systems so I filed a complaint with a second level officer and then 2 days later the officer called me and told me that they also couldn't find anything in the system.

@Manuel E So, every time they send me something or there is an update, I call and ask them because they see everything before the letter arrives.

@Manuel E Well, because I received that message on March 26th, but I still haven't received any letter. I spoke with a USCIS agent a few days ago and filed a complaint about why I hadn't received anything yet. He told me USCIS has 30 days to respond.
