My question is about Part 7 of the Form I-912
I don't know if my wife has to sign there. The note of part 6 is confusing.

@Sandra Deriphonse I'm the one seeking for the fee waiver. I'm the requestor. I'm using my wife's means tested benefit (SNAP). Does she has to sign in Part 7 where it says Family members signature?

No, it's not. But yes, you can apply even if your name is not on the benefits according to the instructions. Check it out

@Sandra Deriphonse I finally got my case number. It took 21 days for them to process the fee waiver for my I-751. Today the case showed up in my online account.
