I tried so many times over the last two years with no success

my congressional case worker is sassy as hell and always says oh yeah I contacted Vermont and you’re still in the normal prossesing times so you have to wait

I got an RFE after I sent an inquiry through the congressman. I haven’t heard back after I sent back my RFE.
