Has anyone contacted Vermont….
And actually gotten a response back? This will be my 3rd time trying to get information about my case. I just spoke to a rep from USCIS & as it’s a Vawa case, they’re unable to see any info regarding whether or not if my i485 filed in 2018 has now been connected to my newly approved Vawa case. Has anyone else had this question??

I’ve gotten a response from them when I use my congress person, never when I write my own letters. I got a generic response that my case was pending because of backgrounds checks. Now that it’s approved, they haven’t answered any questions about where it is

kp.....please update me on your GC.....I got approval for my i360 on November 2021 too. eager to know when to expect the Gc or what to expect

it was difficult for me to enjoy without thinking of my immigration status . I am trying though.

Hi Mr. flex ~ My I-485 isn't approved yet, still waiting like you. Someone on here or another forum said that the wait for GC is ANOTHER 2 yrs 😫, just like the Vawa. I don't want to believe that, so I'm remaining hopeful & keeping myself busy. I looked at my I-360 approval & it states I'll be notified when a decision is made on my I-485.

@kP......this whole wait game is no longer funny at all. after waiting this long....how do we get to wait an extra 2 years for GC

ikr?! I guess issuing THE EAD for 2yrs is supposed to make it easier. I want to travel. Don't get me wrong I'm EXTREMELY grateful to have the I-360 approved & to be granted papers so I can work legally, but the waiting game is absolutely tortuous...ijs. I'm making the most out of this opportunity & hoping for the best. Ppl were saying in the WhatsApp group, that USCIS has supposedly hired ppl for the Vawa dept bcoz they can't keep up w/everything.
