Happy New Year!!! Stay Strong!!! 💪
Did everything on my own and sent in everything mid August 2024. EAD and Biometrics were done and approved after a month. I-485 was approved a few days ago and now I-130.
Stay Strong everyone, I know there are those who have waited a lot longer and it is stressful. My advise, is to not give up, use your time else where and not fully on this app.

congratulations! I received today two emails that an action was taken on my case but I see no updates on my account, I've been checking a over and over again since I got those emails but nothing, one Emma agent told me it was something internal and another one said it was that an agent was working on my case today but she told me not to contact USCIS until October 2026. idk what happened and either what to do.

@Sc Ca are you referring to the one on USCIS? mine said 21 months until case decision for the past 2 weeks. And then recently both were approved, so it shows we can’t trust what it says.

@Quaid Westerlund yeah I checked everything and nothing yet! actually I-485 went from 12 to 11 months yesterday but today is again in 12 months 😕

@Aileen Gonzalez Gutierrez I see, hopefully it comes really soon. Also, similar thing happened a month or two ago. Mine went from 13 months to 10 months and then up to 20 and then 21 months, then two weeks later approval. Hope your approval comes soon!!!!
