congrats! how accurate was laufully's initial prediction vs the actual waiting time in your case? Currently waiting for I-485, I-765 & I-131, fingerprints were taken Dec 29, filled as EB2

ruben which center are you in? at TSC I would say lawfully’s prediction is pretty bad…everything is just snail slow.

was it expedited ?

same TSC, laufully is showing i485 highest probability between July and September this year. i765 is still further away, between August and October

do you guys know how to find out what service center has your case? the only two paper notices I received, one says Nebraska & the second paper form 1-797c on the bottom says Potomac ?

Ruben I think USCIS’s own processing time seems a bit more accurate tbh

yeah that's what I thought, USCIS shows EAD by October/Nov & i485 mid 2023 lol, better ignore laufully's way optimistic predictions then.., thanks sr! I wish I would've filled to another service center but had no choice as my employer is in NC... good luck in your journey

ilse in your case your service centers will just be Nebraska and Potomac I guess?

was this your first time getting EAD? or was it an EAD renewal? I applied for renewal on April 2021 and am still waiting… apparently EAD renewals take 12 months to get approved at TSC :/

:(((( not approved yet, after so much time? I looked just now on USCIS site and I see the receipt date for a case inquiry is October 29, 2017!!! so that’s more than 3 years before your date!!! wow, I didn’t realize this is so delayed

my lawyer said based on their recent data points, eb1-c 140s they have worked on are processed in 16-18month. the 3-year mark is for those extremely unfortunate but rare cases. hope this eases your never a bit? what’s your PD/RD?

hope your lawyer is right. my personal experience at least would indicate that your lawyer is spot on: I submitted concurrently my I-140 and I-485 in August 2020 (3 August 2020 is my receipt date), and got my I-140 approved after 15 months. Now waiting for I-485

I’m also in EB1C category like you, at SRC as well. what is your lawyer saying about the approval times for I-485? my case will be outside normal processing time in 3 weeks, and I plan to call USCIS and ask them to submit RFE for medicals

yes, I’m almost outside normal processing time, the receipt date for a case inquiry is July 8th, and my receipt date is August 3rd... so almost there. I hope I’m almost there, I’ll keep you posted

Mihai - btw is your PD before the “final action date” in the visa bulletin? if so can you raise service request because of that?

hi @when will green: I’m ROW so my dates are current. my receipt date is August 3rd, 2020. so in 3 weeks i should be able to raise service request for outside processing time
