Hand written letter names and address from FO!
I sent in a case outside normal processing time last week for I-130, May 2020 USC based in US, Nebraska SC. I was told I would get a feedback by 02/14/21. Today morning I see on informed delivery a hand written letter from USCIS FO. Is that normal? I was expecting it to come from Nebraska since I haven't applied for AOS.

Handwritten letters are NOT common.

@jon leuer I see, I thought it would come as official and not from my field office but service center.

well just wait for the letter and see!!

The letter says as of Jan 2021, your petition is pending interview scheduling. Once you have been scheduled for an interview, you will receive a notice in the mail informing you of the date, time, and place for your interview. Additionally, please keep USCIS informed of any change in your contact information to ensure further communication is sent to the correct address. We appreciate your continued patience.
My question is do people do interviews for I-130 when in US while waiting to file I-485 🤔

Was it entirely handwritten or just the envelope settings? Anyways it's a default content, harmless but awkward.

@jon thanks, only envelope my address but return address had my FO address and Homeland security below it. Currently waiting for an approval so my lawyer can file a motion to with draw my asylum case already pending after mastering hearing. Currently it's pending since I changed states to one that has no defined immigration court.

Yes, adjudication office must have sent it to field office, then they redirected it to you.
