had consultation with 2 lawyer today .
it been 13 month I had my second interview in dallas no decision. first lawyer told my wife the us citizen that we should sue them because sometimes they put the file under the table if they don’t have strong case against us and that way they can pick up the file again . the second lawyer said we should wait till December that uscis might get angry and said we did not let them finish their investigation that why they denial so am confused of what to do . but my wife said first lawyer advise is best . just ideal. @jenny you mean that how they did to you after stroke interview in dallas without sending you NOID after interview. I have no NOID and the offer told my wife just 120 days both first and second interview. after my stroke interview my lawyer was even saying we should expect approval next week but it now 1 year and 2 month

Why is this common in Dallas, I have similar case but mine is just 45 days after interview. Meanwhile I have like other 5 people under my comment section with similar cases. What else can we do?

@jayjay yes very common expecially if you from Africa country . imagine delaying people with no criminal record or never married before the same age with my wife and we pay tax just frustrating

@angry they not going to pleas be positive. if they want to it would have be long time . but if it taking long that means they see you have strong evidence I believe they going to approve you soon
