h4 clarification: my previous employer h4 approved later than current employer. so does Uscis consider that as latest? it’s 6 months less.

h4 clarification: my previous employer h4 approved later than current employer. so does Uscis consider that as latest? it’s 6 months less. reason is my ead approved date is till previous employer date.
