H1B and H4 EAD
While H1B and H4 regular extensions are still pending within 3 months PERM and I-140 got approved. Can we ugrade H1B to Premium along with H4 EAD showing I-140 approval ?
If possible can we get H4 EAD approval faster as currently with Premium faster approval are coming for H4 EAD?
