Guys please how do I go about the expediting process.
I’ve tried tirelessly, yet diff agent, different information. some don’t even care. contacted congress man also, no progress. how do I go about expediting at this point.

you have to wait every case is different don't pay attention to the other timeliness. my I130 was approved last week and my PD is January 2022

@Patiently Patience Go to "Ask Emma" on USCIS.gov! They will give you more infos. Just explain your situation.. Good Luck.

Ask your spouse to contact the congressman from your state on your immigration case. You guys can do this going on your congressmans website and sending it a message. This helps a lot!!
Your spouse can also go to the White House website and do the same thing. My husband did this and helped my case.
