so I just watched on Tik Tok about the new parole Biden just put out today a lawyer says. the waiver I 601 A is over what he means by that thank you to make me Clearly understand

not necessarily, it just means that it you’re married to US citizen and have been here for over 10 years you can apply for this parole in place instead of doing the I-601A waiver. both options are gonna be available. the parole is a better option because you don’t need to leave the country and can get a work permit while you’re in the process as opposed to the waiver which you don’t get a work permit while in the process.

@Mr uscis blog from my understanding, whoever came illegaly to this country and is married to us citizen and has been in usa for 10 years,can apply for AOS from USA, meaning doesn't have to go back to native country

depending on the reason for denial and especially if it was based on a “crime involving moral turpitude” these are hard to get waivers for, and since Vawa is based on good moral conduct they might rescind your vawa due to that. it would be best to seek legal representation, if they deny due to CIMT they do not reopen your AOS they’ll send you to court and let the judge decide which can then favor you.
