it depends usually you will hear back from them within 30days some people I saw waited a month or two make sure you send all documents and make sure all of them are correct double check before sending so they don’t ask you for anything els also make sure they get it before 60 days after 60 days they won’t work on it and your case will be delayed longer the sooner you send the documents the faster you will get a approval (don’t be scared) lol nothing to worry about good luck <3

it depends honestly it is California but I have seen a lot of approvals from California so hopefully it will be soon my case is also in California so I’m also waiting lol

it depends on what they are asking you for ??? is it a document you have or would it take a while for you to get? I think it’s a good thing because it means they are Working on your case. they probably need whatever they are asking for for them to proceed with your case. try to send it early so they can proceed with interview and your green card. mine is two months now i submitted the rfe Alabama I haven’t heard from them

it's a good thing , just send the evidence and it will approve.

same thing with my daughter, she was approved 10/22/21.

did you send it certified return receipt, it goes in the hands of and officer. if not you have to wait.
