@Hamza Abdulsattar keep calling state your calling for tier 1 rep this helped me get through to a rep and I use to call in early morning to get hold of real person this helped me get through to a person

@Hamza Abdulsattar when it asks you what can I help you with you say speak to tier 1 and then it will connect you to rep I also send more pics and conversation screen shots to the unsolicited section at 11 months I don’t know if that helped us but our approval came in 12 months, keep calling don’t give in to negativity, keep your mind positive stay strong, you got this!!
